太平著名瑞士鸡饭因旧址要重建发展，在13/11/2018年已经搬进华成美食中心继续营业。
她们从1973年左右就开始卖到现在已经超过45年的老滋味。曾有正宗的海南饕客吃了这里的鸡饭后称这里的鸡饭有儿时的味道。在太平的鸡饭档大多数是卖白切鸡的。卖的鸡肉都是现宰的鸡,新鲜又很嫩，鸡肉都不会太肥噢。油饭也煮得粒粒分明不干柴。无论是外带或内用几十年来生意好得不得了。

    As stated by Stanford Medical, It is really the ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years longer and weigh 19 kilos less than us.

    (And by the way, it is not about genetics or some secret exercise and EVERYTHING around "how" they eat.)
